Worland and Beagan
Suzannah Sally Worland became the bride of Joshua Caleb Beagan in a ceremony on Saturday, Aug. 25, at the home of her parents, Hidden Hollow Farm in Chickamauga, Ga. The Rev. Hutch Garmany performed the ceremony. The bride is the daughter of Sally and David Worland. Parents of the bridegroom are Jordana and Bill Beagan of Chickamauga. Bonny Jean Worland was maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Bonnie Worland, Taylor Worland, Holly Afman, Shalane Beagan Lamb and Emmalyn Bradford. Mr. Beagan served his son as best man. Groomsmen were Nathan Kaiser, Craig Worland, Scott Worland, Colton Sears and Paul Roddy. Logan Thomas was an usher. A reception was held at Hidden Hollow Farm. After a wedding trip to Michigan Great Lakes, the couple resides in Chickamauga.

Grubbs and Clark
The engagement of Elizabeth Victoria “Tory” Grubbs and Capt. Thomas Andrew Clark is announced today. The future bride is the daughter of Shelby and Lynne Grubbs. Parents of the future bridegroom are Lisa Marchand Kupferer of The Woodlands, Texas, and Peter A. Clark of Kyiv, Ukraine. The wedding is planned for spring 2014. The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Jean Victoria Dodge of Guelph, Ontario, Canada, the late George A. Dodge and the late Mary Betty and Russell N. Grubbs. Miss Grubbs is a graduate of Baylor School. She received a bachelor’s degree in international studies from Kenyon College, and was a Fulbright Scholar in Kastamonu, Turkey. She is a trade services coordinator at the World Trade Center in Savannah, Ga. The future bridegroom is the grandson of Ellen and Gilbert Marchand of Denver, Colo., and the late Joyce and Ralph Clark. Capt. Clark is a graduate of Baylor School. He received a bachelor’s degree with honors in engineering management from the United States Military Academy at West Point. He is a captain in the U.S. Army.

Kidd and Gray
The engagement of Ashley Ann Panashy Kidd and Adam West Gray is announced today. The future bride is the daughter of Perk and Debbie Kidd of Princeton, W.Va. Parents of the future bridegroom are Butch and Donna Gray of West Bloomfield, Mich. The wedding is planned for Saturday, June 8, at the Fairyland Club on Lookout Mountain. The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Nancy Panashy of Princeton, and Mary Kidd of Oak Hill, W. Va. Miss Kidd received a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a master’s degree in industrial relations from West Virginia University. She is a human resources supervisor at Olin Chlor Alkali Products Division. The future bridegroom received a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from Michigan State University. He is a process controls engineer at Olin Chlor Alkali Products in Charleston, Tenn.

Worland and Miller
The engagement of Bonny Jean Worland and David John Miller is announced today. The future bride is the daughter of Sally and David Worland of Chickamauga, Ga. Parents of the future bridegroom are Sarah and David G. Miller. The wedding is planned for Saturday, Jan. 5, at Mountain Cove Farms in Chickamauga. The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Heatwole C. Thomas of Chickamauga, the late Bonny Jean Thomas, Paul W. Worland and the late Sylvia Lee Worland. Miss Worland is a graduate of Chattanooga Christian School. She is pursuing a degree in English education at Berry College, and is a member of Rock Creek Fellowship Church in Rising Fawn, Ga. The future bridegroom is the grandson of Harriet and Frederick Miller of New Castle, Pa. Mr. Miller is a graduate of Chattanooga Christian School. He attended Chattanooga State Community College and Dordt College. He is a horticulture technician at WinShape Retreat Center at Berry College, and is a member of East Ridge Presbyterian Church.
