Mrs. Loftis is a graduate of Immaculate Conception High School, a member of First Baptist Church in Memphis and is a daycare teacher at Shiny Penny Daycare. Parents of the bridegroom are Harry and Debbie Loftis of Riceville, Tenn. He is the grandson of Richard and Joyce Leamon of Riceville and the late James and Inez Loftis. Mr. Loftis is a graduate of McMinn County High School and the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. He is a member of Keith Memorial United Methodist Church and is owner of Loftis Insurance Agency. The couple resides in this city.

Reeves and Ragghianti

Lauren Elizabeth Reeves became the bride of Matthew Joseph Ragghianti in a ceremony on Monday, April 16, in Grayton Beach, Fla. The bride is the daughter of Robert and Melanie Reeves of Johnson City, Tenn. Parents of the future bridegroom are Gene and Ginny Ragghianti. Bailey Reeves, sister of the bride, and Patrick Ragghianti, brother of the bridegroom, where the couple’s attendants. They reside in this city.
