Jolley and Wheelock
Anne-Marie Wheelock became the bride of Dr. James Edward Jolley II in an outdoor ceremony at Lookout Mountain Golf Club on Saturday, May 18, at 6:30 p.m. The Rev. David Graves performed the ceremony. Wedding music was provided by Scott Maclellan, bagpiper, and a string quartet from the Chattanooga Symphony & Opera. The bride is the daughter of Dr. Argil and Robin Wheelock. The bridegroom is the son of Shelby Jolley and the late James E. Jolley. The bride wore a fitted, one-shoulder, petal-pink sheath with white Chantilly lace overlay, created by a New York designer. Christian Caceres was the bride’s honor attendant. Bridesmaids were Sally Bacon, Cristina Gordon, Allie Eady and Kathryn Bartunek. Lauren Hutchinson was the flower girl. The bridesmaids wore petal-pink gowns in varying styles from Boutique Couture. Dr. Jason Hutchinson acted as best man. Groomsmen were Dr. Jack Greer, Dr. Jay Sizemore, Donny Bradley, Brian Simpson, Josh Heath, and Douglas Wheelock and Bryan Wheelock, both brothers of the bride. A dinner reception was held at the Lookout Mountain Golf Club, followed by dancing and cocktails under a tent. The couple’s French vanilla wedding cake was pearl pink decorated in cascading white flowers. Following a wedding trip to Virgin Gorda, British Virgin Islands, the couple resides in this city. The bride is a Realtor with RE/MAX Renaissance, and the bridegroom is an orthopedic/spine surgeon with Southeastern Spine.
