Swiney and Nunnally

The engagement of Sarah Elizabeth Swiney and Joshua Ryan Nunnally is announced today. The future bride is the daughter of Scott and Deanna Swiney. Parents of the future bridegroom are Bruce and Lee Nunnally of Knoxville. The wedding is planned for Saturday, June 22, at The Episcopal Church of the Ascension, where both are members. Miss Swiney received a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville. Mr. Stephens received a bachelor’s degree in history from UTK.

Conner and Stephens

The engagement of Elizabeth Kennedy Conner and Jesse Ray Stephens is announced today. The future bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Harry Kennedy Conner. Parents of the future bridegroom are Mr. and Mrs. Donald Stephens of Rocheport, Mo. The wedding is planned for Saturday, June 1, at Signal Mountain Presbyterian Church. The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Gordon Dilkes Conner and the late Mr. and Mrs. John Parker Garrison. Miss Conner is a graduate of Baylor School. She received a bachelor’s degree in journalism from the University of Missouri-Columbia, where she was a member of Zeta Tau Alpha Sorority. She is an assistant professor and news editor at the Missouri School of Journalism. She attends Little Bonne Femme Baptist Church. The future bridegroom is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Andrew Sapp and the late Mr. and Mrs. William Stephens. Mr. Stephens is a graduate of Rock Bridge High School. He received a bachelor’s degree in engineering from the University of Missouri-Columbia. He is a civil engineer at Crockett Engineering in Columbia and is a member of Little Bonne Femme Baptist Church.

Quattlebaum and Lynch

The engagement of Lisa Melinda Quattlebaum and Thomas Patrick Lynch Jr. is announced today. The future bride is the daughter of Sandy and Jeff Quattlebaum of Winchester, Tenn. Parents of the future bridegroom are Ava and Tom Lynch of Estill Springs, Tenn. The wedding is planned for Saturday, May 25, at the home of the future bridegroom’s parents. The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Connie Stephens, the late Jim Stephens, Betty Quattlebaum Passons and the late Robert Quattlebaum. Miss Quattlebaum received a bachelor’s degree in education from Tennessee Technological University. She is a member of Walnut Grove First United Methodist Church. The future bridegroom is the grandson of Charleen and Roy Davis Jr. of Winchester and the late Charlsie and J. Carlton Lynch. Mr. Lynch received a master’s degree in business administration from Middle Tennessee State University. He is an accountant with Heritage Medical Center in Shelbyville, Tenn., and is a member of Winchester First United Methodist Church.
