This is a letter TennCare sent to one applicant who had requested a hearing after waiting more than 45 days for the state to determine his TennCare eligibility. The letter tells the applicant that his hearing has been canceled because a decision has been made on his benefits. But the letter does not include TennCare's actual decision, instead stating that will come in another letter. "Since we made a decision on your application, you don't need a hearing for this problem anymore," the letter states. "So, we are closing your appeal about the delay in working your application."
