Life’s too short not to love what you’re doing and with whom you’re doing it with. When I interviewed with this office I asked “what’s the longest time an employee has been with you”, and it was 35+ years. I knew I wanted to be here.
I believe the reason I love my job, can be summed up by a balance of self, family, patient and community. I work for physicians with the highest integrity. Their focus is to serve our patients and our community. They are very respectful of the staff and therefore are respected.
The employees that work for me are wonderful as well. They realize the importance of doing a good job, providing excellent care, and how those are vital to each other. I look at this business as if every dollar spent was my own money and I look at every patient as if they were a member of my family, because the truth is, it is someone’s family. I feel this keeps me focused on the right things. I’ve been here for 6 years and not once have I thought or wished I wasn’t here.
