Suns 11, Chattanooga Lookouts 9

Saturday’s recap: Chattanooga (4-7) committed six errors, with five of them coming in the first four innings as Jacksonville (6-5) built a 9-3 lead. Lookouts third baseman Eric Eymann committed a fielding error in Jacksonville’s first at-bat, resulting in James Tomlin reaching. Ivan DeJesus followed with an infield single and Jamie Hoffman followed with a two-run single to right that gave the Suns the lead for good at 2-1. Rain delayed the start of the game by more than an hour.

Next game: Game six of a six-game series in Jacksonville is today at 3:05 EDT.

Pitchers: Travis Wood (1-4, 7.07 ERA) is scheduled to start for the Lookouts, with James McDonald (4-2, 3.42) scheduled for the Suns.
