Black Bear open house set

The developers of the Black Bear development will have an open house on Saturday and next Sunday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The Dayton, Tenn., project has 23 bluff lots, sized from 5 to 7 acres, selling from $59,900 to $119,900. There also are three 5-acre lots available in the project’s Equestrian Village with views of a fenced pasture and pond. Prices range from $29,900 to $44,900. Minimum home sizes are 1,400 square feet.

Amenities include a pavilion, spring-fed lake with floating dock, beach, stone fire pit and beach volleyball. A horse stable and riding corral are under construction. Future amenities include a tennis court and indoor swimming pool.

The developers are Jack Arnold, Patrick Conner and Chris Conner.

From U.S. Highway 27 in Dayton, take Highway 30 west up Dayton Mountain. At the top, go west on Highway 443 (Ogden Road) for 3.5 miles. Turn left on Rigsby Road and go one mile to Black Bear’s gated entrance. For more information, call (423) 605-1865 or (423) 618-3006 or visit liveatblackbear.com.
