Chattanoogan Lebovitz part of U.S. delegation to celebrate 60th anniversary of Israel

Michael I. Lebovitz, senior vice president of CBL & Associates Properties Inc., is part of the U.S. Honorary Delegation that will attend celebrations in Jerusalem this week in honor of the 60th anniversary of Israel.

Eighty citizens from across the country will make up the delegation for events to be held Wednesday and Thursday.

Mr. Lebovitz, a Chattanooga native, is a 1982 graduate of McCallie School and the University of Texas, Austin.

President George Bush made the announcement of the delegation today.

Among those attending will be Dr. Henry Kissinger, chairman of Kissinger Associates Inc., and former secretary of state.
