I am proud to be a part of an organization that recognizes “In every face, there is a possibility”. RHA Health Services, Inc is a nonprofit human services organization that provides residential, community based and employment supports to people with developmental disabilities in the Greater Chattanooga area.
I have an aunt with developmental disabilities who introduced me to this field when I was 18. I have worked in this field my whole career and have loved every minute of it. Of course, there are challenges that I face from time to time, as with any job, but the lasting friendships and fulfillment I receive from helping others is the kind of reward that keeps me motivated.
