Former GOP presidential candidate and former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee signs copies of his new book, "Do the Right Thing," Sunday afternoon at Books-A-Million on Gunbarrel Rd. Hundreds of people waited to meet Mr. Huckabee in a line that extended out the door.

Former Arkansas Governor Mike Huckabee has not yet made up his mind about another run for the presidency, but said he’s not sure he or anyone else could overcome Alaska Governor Sarah Palin’s star power.

“Sarah Palin is, first of all, an effective governor,” he said. “The reason people like her is because they feel she’s authentic and that they can relate to her.”

Speaking at an event on Sunday promoting his new book, “Do the Right Thing,” Mr. Huckabee stressed the importance for the Republicans Party to remain true to its core social values.

“They can’t abandon the social values like pro-life and pro-marriage. They do that and they’re dead,” he said.

All of which explains exactly WHY the MSM continues to belittle, disparage, and otherwise try their best to trash Gov Palin...they are running scared of 2012, plain and simple. But they only destroy themselves and America's trust in the world's one-time best [and only] free press.

Congratulations, losers.
