I Love My Job: at T-Mobile

I love my job as a Team Manager at T-Mobile for multiple reasons, but mainly because to simply call it a “job” is not doing it justice: I don’t have a job, I have a career.

I’ve been with the Chattanooga Call Center since we opened three years ago, but my career with T-Mobile began back in June of 1999. I started as a customer service representative, was promoted to senior representative, coach, and finally, team manager.

Over the past 10 years, I’ve lived in four states, had five promotions, made numerous long lasting relationships with hundreds of people, enjoyed the best benefits and perks that any company has to offer, and learned more about the wireless industry (and life overall) from some of the best leadership a company has to offer. I’ve grown as a person and as a professional all while helping others achieve their goals and aspirations.

This has all occurred in just my first 10 years, and I can only imagine what the next 10 years has in store for me! I feel very blessed and privileged for all I’ve been able to achieve with this company. I know that there was no way this could have happened without a company like T-Mobile to bring it to life. I love my job more now than I did 10 years ago!
