Amenities: The condos have nine- and 10-foot ceilings with private balconies and hardwood floors. Each unit is pre-wired for audio and video and has solid surface countertops, stainless steel appliances including a refrigerator, gas stove, garden tub with a separate shower in the master bedroom and walk-in closets.

Other features: The development has a resort-style pool and gardens, state-of-the-art fitness center, and storage facilities. There is a community penthouse club room with views overlooking the river and city and an outdoor patio with a fireplace. There is WiFi throughout the community. One North Shore is dog friendly and sits adjacent to Renaissance Park, which also is dog friendly.

Floor plans: The units range in size from about 800 to 1,600 square feet with secure, controlled access and covered parking.

Homeowners Association: Monthly association fees for a one-bedroom are $205, two-bedroom $230 and three-bedrooom $255.

they look like a sub housing development out of brooklyn..not much curb apeal...

One of my friends moved here recently. It's fabulous. It's not the most attractive building on the outside, but like with many things, it's the insides that count.
