Property owners wanting to appeal the new assessments should be prepared to make a case for why their home's value is less than other residences in their neighborhood, according to county officials.

Mr. Bennett sounds very defensive. He should should show some compassion. We do pay his salary and VOTE! His assistant is very calm and sounds like he will really try to help !!!
