Cleveland: Family offers $1,000 reward for information on missing man

A family member is offering a reward for information on a missing Bradley County man.

Donnie Lee Payne, 73, was last seen Sept. 14 in the area of Second and Lowery streets, according to the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office.

Mr. Payne is white, weighs about 125 pounds, is 5 feet 6 inches tall and has brown hair and brown eyes.

He normally wears dark trousers and a flannel shirt.
