CLEVELAND, Tenn. — Officers with the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office today are trying to net the final few suspects in a wave of drug indictments.

According to a news release, 22 people were picked up Tuesday after they were indicted on a variety of drug charges. Another 13 are still sought, though some already are in jail in Bradley or elsewhere, the release stated.

The Bradley County Grand Jury indictments range from sale of marijuana to manufacture and sale of methamphetamine, sale of Schedule II drugs and conspiracy charges.

Sheriff Tim Gobble said the raids come after a six-month investigation involving the department’s patrol division and drug unit.

“This is an example of commitment keeping our streets and neighborhoods drug free,” the sheriff said in the release.
