* What: This favorite do wntown eatery celebrates peaches this season with a delicious, savory new dish added to the menu: Potato Ravioli with fresh Georgia peaches, lump blue crabmeat, shallots, capers and brown butter. "It's kind of an odd pairing," said chef/owner Erik Niel. "I was just experimenting and playing in the kitchen the first time I made it, and it turned out to be really good. People love it. It's gone over extremely well."
