* Amenities: The Clearstory, located in the former Office Coordinators Inc. warehouses, will be an energy efficient combination of commercial and residential space. Developers will seek certification in LEED (Leadership in Energy Efficient Design) from the U.S. Green Building Council. Some of the green features include a green roof, rainwater irrigation, a geothermal HVAC system, reflective roofing, sunshading and solar energy.
* Other features: Most spaces will have 8-foot windows, original hardwood floors. Some units have views of Lookout Mountain, 15-foot ceilings, exposed roof trusses. Ample parking will be available, with covered reserve parking available for tenants. The development will feature a central European courtyard.
