Chattanooga Lookouts third baseman Josh Bell, left fielder Andrew Lambo, catcher Lucas May and relief pitcher Matt Sartor were named Monday as North Division All-Stars and are expected to compete in the Southern League All-Star Game on July 13 in Birmingham. Starting pitcher Scott Elbert also was named before his promotion to Triple-A Albuquerque.
