James William Finch, also known as “JJ,” is wanted by the Graysville Police Department on charges of conspiracy to commit burglary and conspiracy to commit theft over $1,000.
On or about June 13, Mr. Finch went to a Long Street home in Graysville and stole multiple items, including 4 Boss brand 20” custom wheels and tires he removed from a 1997 truck, according to police. Other items taken included 300 to 500 DVDs, a toolbox that contained specialty tools for working on motorcycles, a lawn mower, a trimmer, a saw and a drill, police said.
Two other suspects in the case, Joshua Allen Mooneyham, 24, and Amy Michelle Bice, 32, have been taken into custody.
Police believe Mr. Finch is being harbored by a small network of either friends or family in the area. He is awaiting trial on an aggravated domestic assault charge, a police news release stated.
Mr. Finch last was seen driving a green Ford Ranger truck with an extended cab. He apparently has spray painted the truck black to disguise it, according to police.
Mr. Finch, 37, is 5 feet, 8 inches tall with brown hair and brown eyes. He has the name “JOKER” on his right arm, and his last known address was 128 Roberts Road in Graysville, police said.
Anyone who can help the Graysville Police Department locate Mr. Finch or who has bought any of the stolen property described is urged to call 423-775-2525.
