Calhoun sweeps in Georgia baseball playoffs

Calhoun swept Heard County in their Class AA playoff series Wednesday.

Carter Harrison pitched a complete-game four-hitter to lead Calhoun to a 2-0 win in the first game..

Jordan Poole hit a solo-home run in the victory.

Freshman Austin Norrelle pitched a two-hit shutout for 5 2/3 innings in a 14-0 rout in the second game.

Poole hit two more home runs in the second game.
