Chattanooga’s ‘Biggest Loser’ week two update

After two weeks of group workouts and nutritional lessons, the 12 finalists in Chattanooga’s “Biggest Loser” competition have collectively lost more than 100 pounds.

This week, Joe Green claimed the title of Biggest Loser after losing 29 pounds since the competition started. He lost almost 3 percent of his body weight during week two and has lost more than 6 percent of his body weight since the competition started. Jody Branum, who lost more than 2 percent of his body weight this week is in second place and Carrie Willocks is in third place after losing 1.69 percent of her body weight in week two.

Chip Frazier was the first person to be eliminated from the competition. He lost five pounds in the first week of competition, but gained it back this week.

All eliminated finalists are still encouraged to participate, but are ineligible to win the grand prize.
