Michael Ford Jr. & the Apache Relay in Studio ‘99 09/18/09

Ya’ll are going to love this band. Michael Ford Jr. and the Apache Relay are a conglomeration of, well, Michael Ford Jr. (songwriter extroidinaire) and bluegrass trio the Apache Relay. All members are from Nashville and all attended Belmont university. Their music is a mixture of bluegrass sentiment with deep songwriting a la the Avett Brothers. The best part? They’re young...real young. The recently released album called “1988” represents the birth year of lead singer Michael Ford Jr. Expect great things from this band.
