Q: I want to print an internet coupon but it says I have to download software. Is that safe?

A: It is our experience that this is safe and presents no problem. What you are down-loading is a program that teaches your printer how to print bar codes. There are several versions of this program, and you may have to download it more than once if you go to different websites. If you have filters or protection programs on your computer, you may have to change the settings or give your permission before downloading the software. Once it is downloaded, you can reset the filter back to the desired settings.
