Teen injured in fall from horse in Murray County

An 18-year-old male was airlifted to Chattanooga on Sunday after suffering injuries in an incident involving a horse in Murray County, Ga., dispatchers said.

The Murray County 911 Center received a call at 4:55 p.m. about the incident, which occurred on Old Dalton-Ellijay Road.

The victim was airlifted by Life Force to Erlanger hospital for treatment. Authorities did not release his name or provide details of the incident.
