A 37-year-old Charleston, Tenn., man died in a traffic accident Friday afternoon during a police chase on Interstate 75 in Bradley County, Tenn., according to the Tennessee Highway Patrol.
At mile marker 23, where the speed limit is 70 mph, Brian Moore was driving south on the interstate while a Cleveland Police Department car chased him, a Tennessee Highway Patrol report said. Near the mile marker, according to the report, Moore’s vehicle swerved onto the median and struck a bridge pillar.
Moore’s vehicle caught on fire, and he was pronounced dead on the scene.

Does it really matter how fast he was going? My brother lost his life!!!!!! He was tormented on this earth and now he is at peace. He would NEVER have hurt anyone. He was a troubled soul who has dealt with more than his share of heartache in his short life. He was a precious soul who is now in heaven.
Drugs must have been involved..What kind of criminal record did he have?you dont run from the POPO for no reason..
Country Song Alert!!
My brother was a angel would never hurt a fly was livin' a hard life till the day he died
But POPO was a chasin' his Chevy truck down I-75 and it dont really matter that he was pushing 145
He finally took the exit to the pearly gates where St. Peter runs the toll booth or 75 virgins await.
So that the end of the heartache and the tales of woe if your drinkin and a drivin' best you better drive slo.

he tried to ram one of the pursuing cop cars! i.m clad he hit the abutment and didn't cross the median into oncoming traffic! coulda been a lot more dead than just him!!
The guardrails are intact. He must've driven onto the median before the guardrails blocked it, he was either aiming for it or seriously miscalculated. Very sad. =(
I have been involved in many car chases, never Have i seen an innocent person run from the POPO,its either/or both drugs, booze, meth, warrants, breakins,or just from watching to many COPS episodes...
My heart breaks with you...yleamon. Bryan is one of the sweetest guys I have ever known. I will keep all of you in my prayers. Even so come quickly Lord Jesus.
the only thing my brother was running from was the demons that hard tormented him for years. No matter how hard he tried to overcome them, it was just too much. My only peace is knowing he was a saved, born-again Christian who loved the lord with all his heart. he knew exactly what he was doing when he drove off the road, he would and could NEVER hurt anyone. He wasn't running from the police, he wanted them to chase him, that's why he waited at the store until the time was right. His fight is now over, and he is at peace with my dad in heaven, exactly where he wanted to be. No more sorrow and no more pain. And yes, my brother was innocent!
Throwing beer bottles out the window??raming a police car??INNOCENT!!!!Thank God that Idiot did not kill anyone but his self!!!!!!
educatedwhiteboy, u r the idiot!!!!!!!!!!!! he did nothing wrong except suffer from severe depression. hope your family never suffers from this!
Not everybody who suffers from depression drives drunk. Oh, please spare us the "saved, born-again, blah blah blah. I never read anything in the bible about getting loaded and driving down the interstate ramming police cruisers. What congregation? Church of The Road Warrior?
