The Museum Center at Five Points in Cleveland, Tenn., announces it will accept quilts for its Stitches-In-Time show beginning Jan. 3 through Jan. 14. The exhibit opens Jan. 26.

Quilters should bring no more than two quilts per person to the museum between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday-Friday or 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturdays. Museum staff will cap the number of entries into the exhibit at 120.

Submitted quilts must have a 4-inch hanging sleeve either sewn or pinned to the back top of the quilt so the piece can be hung. Antique quilts do not need to have a sleeve. For questions about this, call 339-5745.

This year's quilt challenge is "Appalachian Quilt Trail Challenge."

Quilters are asked to submit a small quilt or wall hanging inspired by one of the blocks on the Appalachian Quilt Trail in Bradley County. Quilt submissions may range in size, but the sum of all sides must be less than 240 inches.
