The Chattanooga area will have exactly half of the Division I semifinalists tonight at the TSSAA state wrestling tournament.
Bradley Central and Soddy-Daisy, currently first and second in the team race, have seven apiece and third-place Cleveland has five.
From Bradley are aaron Hutson (119), Ethan Hames (125), Tyler Schuch (135), Bradley Colbaugh (152), Jacob Bailey 9160), Tucker Bolton (215) and Patrick Benson (285). Soddy-Daisy is represented by Jonah Smith (103), Jacob Stevens (112), Campbell Lewis (130), Turbo Smith (152), Blaike Henry (171), Brett Ervin (189) and Billy Swanson (215).
Cleveland wrestlers in the semis are Austin Stevison (103), Austin Oliver (112), Marvin Lopez (135), Aaron Lopez (140) and Jesse Jones (189).
The other semifinals are Red Bank’s Chris Palacio (103) and Logan Sharp 9145), Walker Valley’s Cole Dias (145) and Oooltewah’s Goose Manning (171).
Division I team scores through quarterfinals and third round of consolations:
1. Bradley Central 126; 2. Soddy-Daisy 114; 3. Cleveland 111; 4. Clarksville 63; 5. Ravenwood 62.5.
Division II team scores through quarterfinals:
1. Baylor 134.5; 2. Christian Brothers 119.5; 3. Montgomery Bell Academy 98; 4. McCallie 89; 5. Father Ryan 88.5
