New Eagle Scouts

Troop 71

Brandon Edward Nobles has earned his Eagle Scout rank.

He is the son of Jess and Renee Nobles of Ringgold, Ga., and a graduate of Ringgold High School.

For the community service project required of an Eagle Scout, Nobles worked with the Angel Food Ministry and he refurbished a pavilion used by Graysville United Methodist Church.

Troop 210

Jared R. Taylor became an Eagle Scout during a recent Court of Honor.

The son of David and Kim Taylor is a student at Sale Creek Middle/High School.

For the community service project required of an Eagle Scout, Jared cleared and created the "head" end of Roaring Creek Trail parking area. This included posting trail signage and installing cable gates to prevent vehicular traffic on the trail.

Troop 211

Trey Christian Forrester of Flintstone, Ga., has earned his Eagle Scout rank.

Trey is the son of Ellis and Leanne Forrester of Flintstone and is a student at Ridgeland High School, where he plays saxophone in the band.

For his Eagle community service project, he painted the entire floor of the Veterans of All Wars Museum located on the campus of the Lee-Gordon Mill in Chickamauga, Ga.

Since receiving the Eagle Award, he has also earned his Bronze Eagle Palm Award and will soon be eligible to receive the Gold Eagle Palm.

Troop 224

Three Boy Scouts achieved Eagle Scout rank in a recent Court of Honor.

Jacob Wirz is the son of Derek and Tracy Wirz. Josh Williams is the son of Dennis and Bobbie Williams. Ethan Lee is the son of Greg and Gloria Lee.

For their Eagle community service project, Jacob and Josh landscaped a picnic area on Lookout Mountain for the National Park Service. Ethan took on a landscaping project for his church, Chattanooga Valley Church of the Nazarene.

Troop 254

Parker Randolph, son of Vince and Vicki Randolph, has achieved his Eagle Scout rank

Parker is a sophomore at Silverdale Baptist Academy.

For the community service project required of an Eagle Scout, Parker upgraded one of the bridges on a connector trail on the property of the Lula Lake Land Trust. His project helped open the trail that connects the Lula Lake connector trail with Cloudland Canyon.
