Hague - Langston

The engagement of Amanda Miaka Hague and Daniel Allen Langston is announced today. The future bride is the daughter of Tim and Anna Lyons of Chickamauga, Ga., and Chris and Carrie Hague of Easthampton, Mass. Parents of the future bridegroom are William and Linda Broom Langston of Ringgold, Ga.

The wedding is planned for Saturday, May 7, in Ringgold.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Jesse and Akemi Farr, James O. and DeAnn Ragan of Blufdale, Texas, and JoAnne Lyons of Ringgold.

Miss Hague is a legal secretary for Heinsman Law Group.

The future bridegoom is the grandson of the late Carter and Mary Langston and the late Matt and Dorothy Broom

Mr. Langston received a degree in drafting from Georgia Northwestern Technical College. He is a member of Gospel Way Baptist Church and is employed as a technical consultant by Sterling Communications in Ringgold.

Kunz - Jones

The engagement of Cara Cristen Worby Kunz and David Leighton Jones is announced today. The future bride is the daughter of Frederick Kunz of Tracy City, Tenn., and Beverly and Daniel Meaker of Decherd, Tenn. Parents of the future bridegroom are Calisa and Ronnie Sons of Tullahoma, Tenn.

The wedding is planned for Saturday, April 2.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Homer Kunz of Tracy City, the late June Kunz and Hazel and Bill Campbell of Sewanee, Tenn.

Miss Kunz is employed by Whelan Security as a security officer at the Nissan Powertrain Assembly Plant in Decherd.

The future bridegroom is the grandson of the late Cleadus L. Jones and the late Anne Jones of Tullahoma.

Mr. Jones is employed as a team leader by Tegrant Corp.

Lewis - Beemon

The engagement of Natasha Danielle Lewis and Trevor Dean Beemon is announced today. The future bride is the daughter of Timothy and Tammy Lewis of Ringgold, Ga. Parents of the future bridegroom are Debbie Beemon of Russellville, Ky., and Jeff and Maylo Beemon of Flower Mound, Texas.

The wedding is planned for Saturday, April 9, at the Margaret Mitchell House in Atlanta.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Sue Fairris of Scottsboro, Ala., James Thompson of Dutton, Ala., and Faye Veneable of Rossville, Ga.

Miss Lewis graduated from Lakeview-Fort Oglethorpe High School and received a bachelor's degree in history education from Kennesaw State University. She attends Northstar Church in Kennesaw and is a teacher at Sonoraville High School in Gordon County, Ga.

The future bridegroom is the grandson of Bill and Coreta Kersey of Walton, Ky.

Mr. Beemon graduated from Harrison High School and received a bachelor's degree in history from Kennesaw State University. He attends Northstar Church and is employed by the Atlanta History Center.

Marcinkowski - Potts

The engagement of Katherine Susan Marcinkowski and Kellan Burton Potts is announced today. The future bride is the daughter of James and Alicia Marcinkowski of Saugerties, N.Y. Parents of the future bridegroom are Debra Potts and the late James Potts.

The wedding is planned for Sunday, May 1, at Poughkeepsie Grand Hotel in Poughkeepsie, N.Y.

Miss Marcinkowski is a graduate of Saugerties High School and received a bachelor's degree from Bay Path College. She received a master's degree in education from College of Saint Rose and is employed as a high school English teacher.

Mr. Potts is a graduate of Red Bank High School. He is a student at Binghamton University and is employed as a butcher.

McMahan - LaPorta

The engagement of Amanda Allison McMahan and Nicholas Alan LaPorta is announced today. The future bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William Allison McMahan III. Parents of the future bridegroom are Mr. and Mrs. Alfonso LaPorta of Tega Cay, S.C.

The wedding is planned for Saturday, June 4, at the Baylor School chapel.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Gena Davis, the late James Davis, Martha McMahan and the late William McMahan Jr.

Miss McMahan received a bachelor's degree in sickness and wellness from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. She is a member of First Presbyterian Church and is an outside sales representative for Corporate Payroll Services.

The future bridegroom is the grandson of Maria LaPorta of Montaperto, Sicily, the late Gerlando LaPorta, and the late Mr. and Mrs. John Cafarella of Niagra Falls, N.Y.

Mr. LaPorta received a bachelor's degree in technology support and training management from the University of South Carolina. He is a member of St. Philip Neri Catholic Church and is employed as an IT consultant by Seedspark.

Stanley - Davis

The engagement of Brittney Marie Stanley and Justin Lee Davis is announced today. The future bride is the daughter of Deborah Stanley of LaFayette, Ga., and the late Barry Stanley. Parents of the future bridegroom are Bryon and Wendy Davis of Ringgold, Ga.

The wedding is planned for Saturday, April 2, at Peavine Baptist Church.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Ethel Stanley of LaFayette, the late Major Stanley, Mikie Tatum of Chiefland, Fla., the late Richard Tatum, and Wally and Linda Landis of Inverness, Fla.

Miss Stanley is a graduate of Gordon Lee High School. She received an associate's degree in early childhood education and is pursuing a bachelor's degree in early childhood education at Dalton State College. She is a member of Cloud Springs Baptist Church and is employed by Walgreens.

The future bridegroom is the grandson of Jimmie Davis of Ringgold, the late Jimmy Davis and John and Rita Dedroog of Ringgold.

Mr. Davis is a graduate of Lakeview-Fort Oglethorpe High School. He is pursuing a degree in criminal justice at Dalton State College. He is a member of Cloud Springs Baptist Church and is employed by Shaw Industries.

Walker - Ferguson

The engagement of Anna Marie Walker and Robert Newman Ferguson is announced today. The future bride is the daughter of Robert and Tammy Walker. Parents of the future bridegroom are Jene and Yogi Coffman and Tracy and Denise Ferguson, all of Ringgold, Ga.

The wedding is planned for Saturday, April 16, at Calvary Bible Church.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Albert and Wanda Wilkey, the late Harold Walker and the late Mae Belle Roberts.

Miss Walker is a graduate of Soddy-Daisy High School. She received a certificate in medical assisting and phlebotomy from the Academy of Allied Health Careers. She is employed as a medical assistant.

The future bridegroom is the grandson of Robert Smith, the late Charlotte Smith, and the late Stylist and Connie Ferguson.

Mr. Ferguson graduated from Soddy-Daisy High School and is pursuing a bachelor's degree in drafting at Northwestern Technical Community College. He is employed as a CAD tech by TVA.

Whitehead - Walters

The engagement of LaToya JaNiece Whitehead and Robert Lynn Walters II is announced today. The future bride is the daughter of Taft Whitehead Jr. and Barbara Whitehead of Jackson, Tenn. Parents of the future bridegroom are Robert Lynn Walters Sr. of Concord, Tenn., and Phyllis Renee Walters of Knoxville.

The wedding is planned for Tuesday, March 15, in Las Vegas.

Miss Whitehead reeived a bachelor's degree in biology from Tennessee Technological University.

The future bridegroom is the grandson of Ora and Margie Turman of Knoxville and the late Trent and Hattie Walters.

Mr. Walters received a bachelor's degree in marketing from Tennessee Tech University, where he was a member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, and a master's degree in global management from the University of Phoenix.

Skelly - Lewis

Wendy Eve Lewis became the bride of Jeffery W. Skelly in a ceremony on Saturday, Feb. 5, on the Delta Queen riverboat.

The Rev. Troy Simmons performed the ceremony.

The bride is the daughter of Sonja F. Lace of Russellville, Ala., and the late Erbie G. Lewis. Parents of the bridegroom are Richard Skelly and Raejean Skelly of Redding, Calif.

Christina Blymiller was matron of honor. Sandra L. Lewis, sister of the bride, was the bridesmaid. Jasmin Jankowski was the flower girl.

David Moore served as best man. Butch Archer and Johnny Blymiller were groomsmen. Carter A. Skelly was ring bearer. Ushers were Steven L. Lewis, Christian Skelly and Tylor Skelly.

A reception was held on the Delta Queen.

The couple went on a cruise to the Bahama Islands.

They reside in LaFayette, Ga.
