A man outfitted in black from head to toe robbed a Pizza Hut tonight at gunpoint, according to the Chattanooga police.

The employees told police that the man entered the Pizza Hut at 3525 S. Broad St. around 8:20 p.m., pulled the gun on the workers, and took an undetermined amount of cash before fleeing on foot. Patrol Officer Eric Hindemon said the employees were only able to give a minimal description of the man because he was completely clad in black - even a black mask over his face.

"As far as robberies go, we were lucky tonight," said the area manager, who rushed to the scene after he got word of the incident. "No one got hurt, and we are so glad for that."
