Video: Extreme Makeover in Chattanooga

A shooting in the parking deck of Park Plaza Mall off Markham Street Wednesday afternoon left one shot and two others in custody with Little Rock Police. While officials are still sorting out exactly what happened, the initial report indicates that an off-duty officer opened fire on a vehicle with three people associated with it. One was shot and taken to a nearby hospital, the other two fled and were captured a short time later.
