Access America Transport, a leading third-party logistics provider based in Chattanooga, has promoted Andy Ellington to vice president of sales as the company closes out the second quarter on pace for record growth.

Ellington, who joined AAT in 2006, was most recently the company's director of business development before being promoted.
During his tenure, Access America has become one of the fastest-growing transportation companies in America with sales in excess of $97 million in 2010. Current projections have the company on pace for more than $180 million in sales this year.
Last year Inc. magazine recognized AAT as one of its 500 Fastest-Growing Companies. AAT now has offices in seven locations across North America.
Regions Bank has named Linda Mosley to vice president and private banking relationship manager for Chattanooga, according to Chattanooga City President Michael Mathis.
"We are very fortunate to have Linda join the Regions team, Mathis said. "We have added a top-tier professional to join some of the most talented bankers in the business to meet the needs of our customers."
With over 30 years of experience in the financial industry, Mosley has spent a majority of her time working with high-net-worth individuals.
A longtime resident of Chattanooga, she holds a bachelor of science degree from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga as well as a certified financial planner designation.
Mosley serves on the boards of directors for the Community Foundation of Greater Chattanooga, Women's Fund of Greater Chattanooga and the Hamilton County Department of Education.
Northwest Georgia Bank recently promoted Dana Williams to manager of its LaFayette branch inside Wal-Mart and hired Terrell Hood as assistant manager of its Fort Oglethorpe branch.
Williams started as a teller in 2004 and has worked as head teller at the community bank's main office in Ringgold since 2009. A 2001 graduate of Ringgold High School, she earned an associate degree in early childhood education from Dalton College. She lives in Rossville with her husband, David.
Hood most recently worked as manager of the SunTrust Bank branch inside Wal-Mart in Fort Oglethorpe. A graduate of Lakeview-Fort Oglethorpe High School, he earned an associate degree in business administration from Chattanooga State and a bachelor's degree in organizational management from Covenant College. He lives in Ringgold with his wife, Dana.
Bill Spight and Tracy Quesinberry have joined the industrial division of March Adams & Associates, a Chattanooga engineering firm.
Spight will be working on international projects. A 1994 graduate of Hampton University, Spight resides in Ooltewah with his wife, Zabrina, and two children.
Quesinberry specializes in mechanical design for the petroleum industry. She is a 1999 graduate of Laramie County Community College, in Cheyenne, Wyo., and resides with her husband, William, in East Brainerd.
March Adams also announced that Michael Hutcherson has received his professional engineer designation with the state of Tennessee. He has been with the civil department of March Adams since 2003. Hutcherson is a 2006 graduate of UTC. He lives in North Chattanooga with his wife, Liz.
David Barton Waters, MD, FACS, has joined North Georgia Surgery & Comprehensive Breast Center.
Dr. Waters earned his medical degree from the University of Tennessee Center for Health Services in Memphis and completed his surgical residency at the Berkshire Medical Center in Massachusetts. He then completed a fellowship in vascular and endovascular surgery at the Arizona Heart Institute in Phoenix. For the past 20 years, Dr. Waters has been in private practice throughout Arizona, Tennessee and Georgia.

BenchMark Physical Therapy has added Belinda Foy, PT, CHT, as director of hand therapy in Chattanooga. Foy will treat patients in the hand and upper extremity therapy program at the downtown Chattanooga and Fort Oglethorpe locations for BenchMark.
Foy has more than 20 years of experience in orthopedics and direct patient care, and more than 12 years of experience in hand therapy.

The graduate-level designation is conferred upon candidates who complete a 135-plus hour educational program focusing on trusts, wills, probate, retirement benefits, caring for children and what should be done after the death of a loved one.

For the second year in a row, Chattanooga attorney David T. Lewis will serve as vice chairman of the Physicians and Physician Organizations Practice Group of the American Health Lawyers Association. Lewis, a partner in the Husch Blackwell law firm in Chattanooga, was one of four partners in the firm to serve in AHLA leadership positions.

William Lehmkuhl, a Farmers Insurance agent in Chattanooga, has completed the career agents course at the University of Farmers.
The University of Farmers training facility, located in Agoura Hills, Calif., offers training for Farmers' 15,000 agents and their staff, 500 district managers and 10,000 claims staff.
