No suspects? Is the violence in some parts of town so endemic that random and sometimes fatal shootings spontaneously occur, or are we being led to believe this incident is something other than victims knowing who the shooter is and waiting to perpetuate the cycle of violence at taxpayer expense?

Lack of a police presence...I was out on a service call on Sunday night. My GPS brought me through all the worst parts of town to get to my destination ( I didnt have my ghetto avoidance technology turned on) and I did not see one police cruiser. Where I come from the police presence is stepped up on holiday weekends....I guess thats not the case here. Where the hell are all the police officers? I'm no genius but maybe a larger police presence may curtail some of these shootings?

Murders are not exclusive to the "hood." Plenty of white folks do the same.
