• Name: Brock Pointe

• Location: The neighborhood is just off Standifer Gap Road, near the intersection with Jenkins Road. Children may attend Wolftever Elementary, East Hamilton Middle and East Hamilton High schools. The surrounding area alternates between suburban and rural with rolling hills and a green, natural look.

• Status: Six houses are under construction. Five are available for purchase, and one is a custom build. Of the total 121 lots, 22 have been built on and sold so far. The remaining lots can be bought for between $38,000 and $150,000, depending on location and view.

• Price: Homes cost from $270,000 to more than $700,000. Houses are built with between 2,300 square feet and 2,800 square feet.

• Features: Granite countertops, custom cabinets and built-in entertainment centers position these homes for the upscale demographic. Hardwood floors and tile showers and floors provide a variety of decorative surfaces. Stainless steel appliances are included with the purchase of each home. Specialty ceilings and custom lighting solutions give each home an individual feel.

• Amenities: Houses are available with custom fences and irrigation systems. Sidewalks are built for exercise on the hilly terrain, and each structure has a lighted mailbox.
