Tennessee man accused of using 'wet floor' sign to help robbery

A man accused of using a yellow "wet floor" sign as a weapon during a robbery found himself behind bars on Tuesday.

Police charged Marcus Maclin, 28, of Memphis, with robbery. Maclin was held in Shelby County Jail on $50,000 bond.

On July 14, a man known in the neighborhood as "Rock" screamed, hollered and demanded money from a woman at a tobacco store in Raleigh at 3501 Ramill, near Yale, according to a court affidavit.
