Chattanooga Fire Department officials have ruled out foul play in an apartment fire on Tuesday in which no one was injured, according to a released statement.

It remains unclear what started the fire at Brabson Hill apartments, located at 510 E. Fifth St., officials said. Investigators estimate there was a total of $70,000 in damages.

Portions of the six-unit apartment building, including the roof, attic and rooftop deck, were ablaze when firefighters responded.
