Biscuits beat Lookouts 6-2

MONTGOMERY, Ala. - The Montgomery Biscuits beat the Chattanooga Lookouts 6-2 in Southern League baseball Thursday night.

Montgomery led 1-0 entering the fifth inning, when the Biscuits roughed up Chattanooga starting pitcher Michael Antonini for four runs off four singles and a double. Cole Figueroa had an RBI double to left field and Tim Beckham a two-run single to left to highlight the outburst.

The Lookouts (18-16) pulled within 5-2 in the seventh with consecutive one-out singles by Scott Van Slyke, Kyle Russell and Alfredo Silverio.

Game five of the five-game series is tonight at 8:05 EDT. Chris Withrow (0-3, 6.75 ERA) is the scheduled starting pitcher for the Lookouts, with Shane Dyer (2-1, 3.45) scheduled for the Biscuits.

"American Idol" finalist and Rossville resident Lauren Alaina Suddeth is scheduled to throw out the first pitch before Saturday night's 7:15 Lookouts game at AT&T Field against the Tennessee Smokies.
