I wonder if they will address the fact that gun laws only limit law abiding citizens. Criminals do not, by definition, obey the law. Gun laws by extension of being laws don't stop criminals. A huge waste of time, effort and money. Sounds like government work.
I don't know fellas, that big picture of that big ole gun sure does make me feel almost scared enough to form ignorant and misinformed opinions about guns.
I mean, just look at that thing, its all made of metal and stuff, and it may have bullets in it!
(sarcasm off)
What a crap pile of pap. Bunch of sissy officials would much rather stand at a "meeting" or a "conference" and look like they care for attentions sake. Why don't you'uns actually put some obtrusive effort into poking the proverbial hornets nest? Inanimate objects don't "kill people" without the help of... people. So quit talking about the tools of trade, and get to work! Get out there in the field and come down hard on violent criminals!
I know running traffic violation interdiction is lots and lots of safe fun, but that's not why we need you. We need to you to weed out the would be home invaders and pawn shop robbers, drug thugs, muggers, etc. etc.

I have carried a gun most of my adult life. Not because I am afraid, nor do I have a vendetta against anyone. I not only consider it my right but also my duty to be ready for any threat that I may face. I have a carry permit and obey the law but know this, if you take common sense out of the gun laws or try to take away my right to own a gun I will become an outlaw. I am 72 years old and would rather have the law on my side. If we were educating our young people to higher standards of life, they wouldn't want to be gang members. But then with the governors we elect it is easy to understand why Georgia is 40th on the list of best educated states. DON'T LAUGH TENNESSEE, YOU'RE 41st.
Nice gun. Is it for sale?
