A man has been shot and killed this morning at a gas station on Dodson Avenue, according to Chattanooga police.
Harold Strickland, 53, was shot in the head at the Big K gas station at 909 Dodson Avenue, police said.
According to police, Strickland walked into the store about 9:45 a.m. The shooter came in afterwards, shot the victim and fled, police said.
Investigators now are talking to witnesses while members of the fugitive division are trying to put together a description of the suspect.
Police are not saying whether today’s shooting is related to another shooting that took place Friday on Dodson.
This is the 11th homicide of the year in Chattanooga.

So, which is the case here:
A criminal committed a violent crime?
Or, the existence of a tool referred to as a "handgun" caused a death?
Well?...
i suppose if there was no gun available the perp would have used a stick or something. you gotta be nuts to frequent the area anyway i mean look at the shooting map on right to know.. almost all the shooting occur around that area. its a war zone.
