Chattanooga: Court date changed for man charged in Okie Dokie Mart slaying

photo Tyrone Carmichael has been charged with murder in the April shooting death of Cordarrius Armour at the Okie Dokie Mart on Roanoke Avenue.

The court date for a 22-year-old man charged in connection with the convenience store shooting death of a 23-year-old man has been moved to June 6.

Chattanooga police arrested Tyrone Carmichael last week and charged him with first-degree murder and unlawful weapons possession in connection with the April 5 shooting death of Cordarrius Armour at the Okie Dokie Mart on Roanoke Avenue.

He was scheduled for an appearance today. Carmichael is being held in the Hamilton County Jail.
