Members of the North Georgia gospel trio Voices Won will celebrate a decade of ministry this weekend with their 10th Anniversary Singing in Dalton. Special guests tonight are two acts who've earned Grammy nominations: Karen Peck & New River and Triumphant Quartet. Saturday night features Singing News Award nominees and winners Mark Bishop, The Perrys and Greater Vision.

Voices Won will perform both nights. The trio features the Faulknor brothers: Jaron (tenor), Shantell (baritone) and Staclynn (lead), who call Catoosa, Whitfield and Murray counties home.

In a news release, Jaron Faulknor said the singing is a way for the group to say thanks, but the milestone celebration is especially "one you do not want to miss."

"There always is excitement as we prepare for the second weekend of November, but this year excitement is not the word," he said. "These will be two evenings to remember, filled with Christian fellowship and music."

Singing News editor Danny Jones will emcee the event.

Dinner and concessions will be available. Tickets are available in advance at six outlets in Dalton, Fort Oglethorpe and Calhoun, Ga.
