A 1.9-magnitude earthquake hit outside of Trion, Ga., today at 6:49 a.m., according to the United States Geological Survey.
The quake's epicenter was right next to Shinbone Valley Road, at the halfway point between LaFayette, Ga., and Menlo, Ga.
This follows a 2.7 magnitude earthquake that hit Dalton, Ga., on Wednesday and a 2.5 tremor in Dyersburg, Tenn.
