The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga football team's record run in the rankings has ended. The Mocs dropped out of the Football Championship Subdivision coaches' poll and the Sports Network poll, which were released today.

Ranked for a school-record six straight weeks, the Mocs (2-4, 0-3 Southern Conference) fell out of the polls following last Saturday's 28-27 loss at No. 1 Georgia Southern. The Mocs have lost three straight games, by a total of four points.

The only ranked team with a losing record last week - the Mocs were No. 23 in the coaches' and No. 24 in the Sports Network poll - UTC continues to receive a lot of votes. It would be No. 28 in both polls.

Earlier today, redshirt freshman quarterback Terrell Robinson was named the SoCon Freshman of the Week for his performance in relief of B.J. Coleman. Robinson ran for 114 yards and three touchdowns against the Eagles.

Eagles running back Robert Brown was named the Offensive Player of the Week after rushing for 178 against the Mocs, including a critical 48-yarder that helped set up GSU's final touchdown.
