Thursday night’s high school stars

GIRLS’ SOCCER

Monica Molina Velaro, St. Andrews-Sewanee: She scored three goals to lead the Lady Mountain Lions to an 8-2 win over Red Bank.

Kaley Swann, Hixson: Her goal, off an assist by Elisabeth Adams, gave the Lady Wildcats a 1-0 win over Arts & Sciences.

Miranda Smith, Soddy-Daisy: She scored one goal and had an assist in a 2-0 win over McMinn County.

Ally Vanoy, Chattanooga Christian: She scored one goal and had an assist to lead the Lady Chargers to a 5-0 win over Shelbyville.

Sophie Mullin, Notre Dame: Her two goals and assist led the Lady Irish to a 6-0 win over Silverdale Baptist.

SOFTBALL

Devin Brown, Lakeview-Fort Oglethorpe: She drove in the game-winning run with an eighth-inning single in a 2-1 win over Dade County.

Allison Vaughn, Heritage: She pitched a one-hitter and had two hits, including an RBI double in a 14-2 win over Murray County.

VOLLEYBALL

Sara Holder, Gordon Lee: She had 17 kills, 13 digs and 2 aces to help the Lady Trojans defeat Chattooga, Coosa and Darlington.

Loren Bennett, Ooltewah: Her 10 kills, 12 assists, two aces and six digs led the Lady Owls to a 3-0 win over Cleveland.

Rachel Shaughnessy, Soddy-Daisy: She had six aces, eight kills and four blocks to lead the Lady Trojans to a 3-0 win over Hixson.

Erin Hill, Sale Creek: She had 14 kills, 13 digs, 15 assists, four aces and two blocks to lead the Lady Panthers to a 3-0 win over Lookout Valley.

Vanessa Silvers, Silverdale Baptist: She had eight kills, four aces and eight digs in a 3-1 win over Grace Academy.

Callie Hildebrand, Signal Mountain: She had 17 kills, four aces and 17 digs in a 3-1 win over Boyd-Buchanan.

Allile Caldwell, Whitwell: She had 21 assists and seven aces in a 3-2 win over Marion County.

Danielle Moore, Red Bank: She had 12 kills and 18 digs in a 3-0 win over East Hamilton.
