• Status: One townhome is about 30 percent complete out of 12 planned townhomes. The first unit should be complete in May, with two more scheduled to start after that.

• Price: Townhomes will cost between $345,000 and $385,000, for about 2,800 square feet of space. Units contain three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and two-car garage. A small, unfinished basement adjacent to the garage can serve as a work area or man cave.

• Features: The first level includes the kitchen at the back of the floor and a large living area at the entrance. The upstairs bedroom area contains a sitting area or den.
