Search and rescue crews are conducting a recovery operation this afternoon for a missing 16-year-old swimmer at Harrison Bay State Park, WRCB-TV3 reports.
The teen was swimming with a group of friends. Somewhere around 3:30 p.m. they realized he had not made it back to the bank and they feared for his safety.
