“Fashion, to me, has to be comfortable and casual, and what I wear has to make me feel good about myself. I don’t follow trends because it’s hard for me to find clothes that I think fit, so when I do find something I like and it fits me, it’s mine. I dress very casual at work — jeans and T-shirts, and I don’t mind it at all. I work a lot in distribution and that can be a dirty job. When I get dressed up, which isn’t often, I like to wear long dresses with an empire waist.”
