SEVIERVILLE, TENN. - "The paramedics said it appeared one wheel had rolled over her," said Bob Stahlke, spokesman for the city of Sevierville.

Stahlke said the incident was reported at 6:25 p.m. Tuesday at apartments located at 110 Mary Lee Way.

"The car began to roll backward and struck a small tree and a curb and then struck a 3-year-old girl," Stahlke said.
