The man who Cleveland police say stole computers and iPads from an elementary school was arrested this morning.
Acting on a tip, police located and arrested Richard Lord at about 8 a.m. He was wanted on charges of theft over $1,000.
The thefts occurred Aug. 17 at Blythe Bower Elementary School, Cleveland police said.
